Project Description
Hart & Hickman recently conducted two Phase I ESAs on industrial warehouse properties located in the Charlotte area. One of the industrial warehouse properties previously stored transformers and electrical equipment from the 1950s through the 1980s. The second industrial warehouse was previously operated as a textile clothing manufacturer and machine shop (1920s-1960s), chemical manufacturer (1960s – 1990s), and an HVAC company (2000s). H&H reviewed historical documents and conducted file reviews for RECs at the DEQ offices in Mooresville and Raleigh, NC.
