Steven Hart, PG is the Principal Hydrogeologist with Hart & Hickman, PC. Steve has 30 years of experience in all facets of soil and groundwater assessment and remediation at sites throughout the United States. He is frequently retained as an expert in environmental litigation cases in State and Federal courts in the areas of contaminant fate and transport, source
identification, and soil and groundwater assessment and remediation. His practice also involves complex site strategy development and implementation, peer reviews, Brownfields redevelopment, impacted property transfer solutions, and environmental liability risk transfer.

Steve has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree from Texas A&M University. Steve is married and has two children (one a fellow Wahoo and the other a Horned Frog) and two rescue pets. In his spare time, Steve enjoys traveling with his family, playing soccer, hiking, landscaping, and building or repair projects.
