Project Description
Hart & Hickman provided expert testimony for contamination of multiple properties and water supply wells adjacent to a distribution facility in a fractured rock/karst aquifer. H&H’s expert evaluated the adequacy of the response activities, the proposed remediation, costs to remediate the properties and control the groundwater plume, and the source of groundwater contamination in the water supply wells. H&H’s expert testified in two depositions and in State court.
