Federal Communications Project

Hart & Hickman was selected by a municipal client to prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA) for 35 proposed communication sites located throughout the local county. H&H was awarded the project by qualifications and competitive bid over two national environmental firms. H&H corresponded with Federal, State, and Tribal agencies throughout the project which included the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), US Fish and Wildlife Service (US FWS), NC Wildlife Resources Commission (WRC), State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), and various tribal nations throughout the project. Upon completion of the EA activities, H&H determined that a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) was appropriate for the proposed project.
