Project Description
Hart & Hickman was selected by a county utilities department to prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the notable Water Line Extension Project. The EA was conducted in accordance with Federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines. The project included portions of nine roads. After reviewing the proximity of nearby residences and a cemetery, H&H determined that a FONSI was appropriate.
