Hart & Hickman served as an expert for a case in which an adjacent property owner alleged nuisance, trespass, and property devaluation in association with a bulk petroleum distribution terminal. Activities included soil and groundwater discovery site investigations, free product characterization, and a detailed review of products handled by the property owner in operation of its business. H&H’s expert testified in two depositions and in Federal court trial as to the source of the contamination on the property, the nature and extent of the impacts found on the properties, groundwater flow, and fate and transport of compounds.
