Project Description

Hart & Hickman was selected to address potential mold-related issues and indoor air quality (IAQ) concerns at an airline operations area at a metro airport.   Our services included conducting a visual mold survey, investigating water intrusion sources, collecting air samples for mold spores, and evaluating indoor/outdoor mold spore counts and IAQ data. During our visual survey, H&H was able to pin-point the source of the water leak allowing maintenance personnel to make necessary repairs and subsequently dry the affected building materials. Our evaluation of mold spore counts and IAQ data allowed the client to alleviate building occupant concerns regarding mold and IAQ issues.
